01   Products & Specifications

We specialize in flexible LED strip lights, rigid linear LED bars, magnetic track lighting systems, and LED neon flex. All products are available in a wide range of color temperatures (2700K–6500K), CRI options (80/90/95+), voltages (12V/24V/48V), and IP ratings (IP20 to IP68) to suit residential, commercial, and architectural applications.

Our LED strips are rated at 50,000+ hours lifespan. Lumen output ranges from 400 lm/m for standard residential strips up to 2,500+ lm/m for high-density commercial products. Full datasheets are available on request.

Yes. We support custom CCT blending, tunable white (dual-channel), RGBW, and specific horticultural or museum-grade spectra. Custom LED chip selection is available for OEM orders above the minimum quantity threshold.

All our products support PWM dimming. Select models also support 0-10V, DALI, and Triac (phase-cut) dimming. Please specify your dimming requirement when requesting a quote so we can recommend the right product and driver combination.

02   OEM & Custom Orders

Yes — OEM and ODM are our core strengths. We can produce products under your brand with custom packaging, labels, color boxes, and documentation. ODM services include product design, PCB development, extrusion profile customization, and control system integration.
For standard catalog products, MOQ starts from 100 meters (strip lights) or 50 units (rigid bars/track systems). For OEM orders with custom branding, MOQ is typically 500 meters or 200 units. We can discuss lower MOQs for new customers on a trial order basis.
Absolutely. We offer full ODM development including concept, PCB design, prototyping, tooling, and mass production. Development lead time is typically 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
Yes. We support fully custom packaging including branded color boxes, reel labels, instruction manuals, and retail packaging. Artwork files (AI/PDF) should be provided by the customer.

03   Pricing & Payment

Send your requirements via the contact form or email fiona@ledsflux.com. Include product type, quantity, specs (voltage, CCT, CRI, IP rating), and any custom requirements. We typically respond within 24 hours with a detailed quotation.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, we offer flexible net payment terms. L/C is available for large orders.
Yes. We offer tiered pricing based on order volume. We also offer annual contract pricing for distributors and project companies with consistent purchase volumes. Contact us for a volume discount schedule.

04   Certifications & Quality

Our products are certified to CE, RoHS, IEC, and EN standards. Select products also carry ETL (UL) certification for the North American market. We conduct 100% sphere testing before shipment across our 12 aging lines with 8-hour burn-in testing.
Yes. We can provide full test reports, CE declarations of conformity, RoHS certificates, and LM-80 data on request. For OEM customers, we can arrange third-party testing through SGS, TÜV, or Bureau Veritas if required.
Every batch goes through incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and 100% end-of-line testing including lumen output, color consistency, voltage, and waterproofing. Our factory runs 6 production lines producing 1 million meters per month.

05   Shipping & Delivery

Standard catalog products: 7–15 business days. OEM orders with custom branding: 15–25 business days. New ODM product development: 4–8 weeks for prototypes, then 3–4 weeks for mass production after sample approval.
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and sea freight (FCL/LCL). We support DDP, FOB Zhongshan, or CIF depending on your preference. For urgent orders, express air freight is available.
Yes. Standard samples are free of charge — customer covers shipping cost. Custom or OEM samples may incur a small sample fee which is refundable on your first bulk order. Sample lead time is typically 3–5 business days.
